At other times in the past, it has been brought to our attention that someone has been calling and emailing STI subscribers posing as an STI Customer Care Technician. The perpetrator tries to get personal information including usernames and passwords. STI does not make unsolicited calls nor do they send emails asking for personal information.

Here is an example of the email sent to many STI subscribers.
