It has been brought to our attention that someone has been calling STI subscribers, and posing as an STI Technician. The caller tries to get personal information including usernames and passwords. STI does not make unsolicited calls asking for personal information. If you receive one of these calls, ask for the caller’s name. If your telephone has Caller ID, write down the originating phone number and end the call. Then please call us at 683-7717 or 966-7717 so we can attempt to track down the imposters. Thank You,
