Sierra Tel Internet provides 24-hour tech support. If you need tech support while on the road, please call us at 1-877-447-7362 (California toll-free), email our support department at support@sti.net, or call 559-683-7717.

There are also a number of troubleshooting tips included at the end of the Roaming User Guides. We have found that these tips solve 80% of the problems reported by roaming users.

iPassConnect™ and Sierra Tel Internet only support the above operating systems. As a courtesy to our customers, we have included user and troubleshooting guides available for older operating systems and the previous version of iPassConnect™; however, STI strongly recommends you upgrade your operating system.

Known Compatibility Issues:

*There is a known compatibility issue when using some Dell wireless cards and drivers only while connecting wirelessly. Dial-up and wired connections operate fine with Dell drivers and cards. If you have a Dell wireless card, it may no longer detect wireless networks once the iPassConnect™ 3.26 client is installed.
