Email Configuration - Existing Addresses
(Click HERE to configure a new email address.)

If you are using Netscape, no further changes are needed to keep your existing email. If you are using a mail program that has its own connection configuration, please set it to use any available connection. The directions below are for Outlook Express 5 or 6. Contact Tech Support if you need help with another program.

Step 1: Open Outlook Express.

Step 2: At the top of Outlook Express, click on Tools, then click on Accounts.

Step 3: Click on the Mail tab (A), highlight your E-mail account (B), then click on the Properties button (C).

Step 4: Click the Connection tab.

Step 5: Make sure there is NO check mark at "Always connect to this account using."


Step 6: Click Apply.

Step 7: Click OK.

Step 8: Repeat Steps 3 through 7 for each email account you have.

Step 9: Click Close.
