Sierra Tel Internet

STI Directors Sierra Tel Internet is an affiliate company of Sierra Tel. STI was established on May 1, 1996, to provide Internet services to customers of Sierra Telephone
. At that time, the goal was to provide dial-up access to about 1,000 Sierra Telephone customers.

STI’s Call Center is a major factor in determining the level of service we provide our customers. It is staffed 24-hours a day, 7-days-a-week, with tech support representatives that are more like teachers than technicians. You’ll find they are patient, kind and genuinely knowledgeable about your Internet connection. In fact, the entire staff at STI is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Service Area

With a lot of hard work and a few acquisitions, STI now serves: local dial-up Internet to more than 400 California cities; DSL to Sierra Telephone subscribers; GSN Wireless Internet access to several eastern Madera county communities; and a whole host of Internet and Web related services.
