Ask The STI Help Desk –
How to Change Font Size in Outlook Express
By Sierra Tel Internet & Cornerstone Publishing

August 1, 2005

Our question this month comes from Betty Lou. "Only on email print-outs, my printer uses a font size that is too big. Can you tell me where to look to solve this problem?"

Thanks for asking, Betty Lou. Surprisingly, the font size in Outlook Express (on a Windows computer) is controlled by the font size setting in Internet Explorer.

Here's how to change that setting:

1. Click your cursor arrow on "View" located on the menu bar found at the top of your computer screen.

2. Move your cursor arrow down to "Text Size." You can now choose a larger (or smaller) font size from the resulting submenu.
